The telecom industry mind-set is changing and that was clearly the message shared by the many telco operators and solution vendors who were present at the DTW Asia. The customers will not compromise and the traditional telco offer is not good enough anymore. The door opener towards new markets and revenues will be the superb customer experience providing greater value then just connectivity. The operators need to provide an offer that is a natural match to their customer`s lifestyle. And it needs to be flexible, easily adoptable, and timely available. Revolutionizing the Asian Telco Industry: triPica's Telco-In-An-App Takes Center Stage at DTW Asia

Over the course of 3-day event packed DTW Asia, triPica team met up with many Asian customers and partners and explored various ways to drive tailored service adoptions with simplicity and agility. Most Asian customers shared the challenges faced with their legacy BSS stacks in time to market, technical debts and high total cost of ownership. The Asian customers are pushing deeper into digital transformation and the end-to-end digital customer journey from service discovery, service registration, payment, activation to customer support. triPica’s telco-in-an-app SaaS platform has garnered a lot of interest and positive feedbacks at the DTW Asia. Most Asian customers were very impressed by our catalog driven customer centric experience, as well as the seamless eKYC and eSIM OTP activation which is an industry first. As Apple, Google and Samsung continue to release more and more eSIM smartphones, the end customers’ demand for end-to-end digital customer journey will grow exponentially in the immediate future. Our Asian customers recognize this emerging trend and are actively seeking out the digital BSS vendor as partners. triPica has a full stack digital BSS platform with mobile app and pre-integrated eco-systems partners to empower this end-to-end digital customer journey for our Asian customers. triPica already has references from multiple customers among whom in Asia as well and we were able to share impressive success stories that other telco providers could relate to.
