Celcom, Axiata speed-launches digital-telco, boosts NPS scores
When a major Malaysian telecoms operator wanted to fast track its digital transformation to empower customers and reach new segment of younger consumers, triPica speed-launched the first digital telco in the country. Furthermore, Yoodo, the telco-in-app was eSim enabled in only 8 weeks.
