triPica wins three awards at the MVNOs World Congress
Paris, France—13 June 2023— triPica announces it was a winner in three distinct categories at the 2023 MVNOs World Congress, making history to be awarded in so many categories at a single event.
OSS/BSS Solution of the Year
This award recognises a solution provider that has successfully partnered with multiple MVNOs for OSS/BSS solutions. triPica BSS platform was awarded thanks to its flexibility to be customised to different market segments and customer lifestyles while achieving fast go-to market targets. The MVNOs can use triPica’s single platform and still apply their specific flavour to it to convey their unique personality. The customer case studies of Yoodo, Malaysian brand focused on pop-culture and pop brands, Source, The first French digital proposition for eco-conscious customers, and Digicel, French West Indies first digital telco offering convenience and simplicity, testify to triPica solution’s agility.
Consumer eSIM Solution of the Year
This award recognises a solution provider that has successfully partnered with MVNOs to deliver a consumer and/or enterprise eSIM solution. With triPica, Yoodo powered by CelcomDigi, was able to launch the first fully digital-telco in Malaysia, surpassing still eSIM-hesitating competitors, bringing the norm of a customer onboarding from 1.5 days to a mind blowing 2 minutes. Yoodo is an impressive eSIM adoption success story with 35% of the new additions being via eSIM at the end of 2022.

Cloud-Based Solution of the Year
This award recognises a solution provider that has successfully partnered with MVNOs to deliver cloud-based operations that have tangibly contributed to cost-savings and/or additional revenue. Source, by Bouygues Telecom, is the first digital telco brand in France to encourage digital sobriety, educating users on the impact of their digital activity on CO2 emissions. Incentivizing them to be frugal with their 4G consumption, favouring Wi-Fi, and converting un-used data into "waterdrops" they can donate to non-profit organizations directly from the Source app via their partner Lilo.org. Since it went live in March 2022, it has been achieving impressive results with 90% of Source customers gathering "waterdrops", resulting in a lower carbon footprint. The customer engagement rate is very high with 75% of collected drops being given by Source clients to non-profitable organizations. Bouygues and trPica launched this digital telco in record time: 3 months from project start until the first friendly user trial using hosting it on AWS Cloud.
